Exude – Exchange Policy

 

1. When is an Exchange Not Accommodated?

Exude does not accommodate exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items handed over to the delivery executive. We are not liable for exchanges if the wrong piece is shipped back.
  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Multiple failed pickup attempts (after 3 attempts, additional charges will apply).
  • Exchange requests made beyond 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Important Guidelines for Sending Products for Exchange

  • Please ensure that the correct item is handed over to the delivery executive.
  • If an incorrect item is returned, you will be responsible for additional reverse and forward shipping charges to facilitate the correct pickup and return.
  • To protect your Exude garments during transit, re-use the original packaging, including the garment sleeve, for proper care and protection.
  • The primary exchange pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 days of initiating the request.
  • If the customer cancels the pickup or it fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be applied as per the logistics partner’s policy.

3. How Can I Exchange My Order?

To exchange your order, please follow these steps:

  • Initiate the exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Click here to fill in your exchange details.
  • Ensure all items for exchange:
    • Have their original tags attached.
    • Are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Are free from makeup stains or other marks.
  • Hand over the correct item to the pickup executive to avoid incorrect returns.
  • Reuse the original packaging to protect the garment during shipment.

4. How Can I Cancel My Exchange Request?

To cancel your exchange request:

    • Email us at 📧 wecare@exude.in with your order number and email ID.
    • Or, WhatsApp us at 📱 +91 9821350191 with your order details.

5. How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery timelines range between 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
