You can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (typically before shipping), cancellations are no longer possible.

2. What is your refund policy for prepaid order cancellations?
If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 - 10 business days.

3. In which cases do you not accommodate returns?
We do not accommodate returns in the following cases:

Incorrect item handover: Ensure you hand over the correct item for return to the delivery executive. We are not liable for incorrect items returned.
- Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will apply if we need to retrieve the correct item.

Packaging guidelines: To prevent damage, please re-use the original packaging (including the garment sleeve) during return shipment.

Pickup conditions:
- Return pickups will be scheduled within 3-4 days of your request.
- If the pickup is cancelled by you or fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be applied as per the logistics partner’s policy.

4. How can I return my order?
To return your order:
- Initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

- Ensure all returned items:
- Have their original tags.
- Are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Are free from makeup or other marks.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Clear pictures of the item showing the defect or issue.
- We will review the case and provide the best resolution.

6. How long does the return process take?
- Once the product is picked up, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days after it reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

7. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
- Refunds for returned items will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).
- After the refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

8. What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
If you miss the delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and treated as cancelled.
